General Eligibility
The Notre Dame Schools Board of Trustees will be holding an election to fill a vacancy for the 2024-2025 school year. Eligible candidates must be registered member of legal voting age of St. John Paul II Scioto Catholic Parish and / or any person who is the parent or legal guardian of a student attending Notre Dame Elementary School or Notre Dame Jr./Sr. High School. Elected board members initially serve a 3-year term. After Term 1, they can seek reelection. Only 2 consecutive terms are allowed.

Process
The non-standing member of the Board of Trustees shall be elected at the annual meeting.  Only persons nominated as candidates, with the explicit written approval of the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus, Ohio, shall be eligible for election. At all elections of Trustees, the candidates receiving the greatest number of votes shall be elected.
